Fresh Peach Pie, Old School

This recipe came from my friend Wendy. The photo she sent me looks like it came from a recipe book straight out of the 60s and I'm a fan o' that. Simple shortbread crust, peaches fresh from the tree in the backyard, a sugary almond nutmeg glaze, and whipped cream. The ceramic pie plate absolutely made it taste better.

BA's Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies vary every time I make them; however, I kind of like that. I've made them in numerous ovens, with many different brands of flour, and have yet to find the version that I like best.
